贵州省正安县农村留守老人饮食状况调查

摘要 目的了解贵州省遵义市正安县农村留守老人的饮食习惯及饮食结构,为留守老人的饮食健康提供指导。方法采用问卷询问的方式调查遵义市正安县5个乡镇358名平均年龄72.9岁留守老人的饮食习惯及饮食结构。结果 358名调查对象中,在男性老人中,89.2%有吸烟的习惯,82.2%有饮酒的习惯,94.1%有饮茶的习惯;在女性中,吸烟和饮酒的比例虽较低,但饮茶的比例达到87.3%。66.2%的老人进食时间不固定;65.6%的老人饮食清淡,但24.3%的老人口味偏咸、偏油腻;59.5%的老人饮食烹饪方式是快炒,24.9%选择油炸。69.3%的老人以大米、白面为主食,蔬菜的摄入量最高(46.1%),而奶制品的摄入不足(5.7%)。结论贵州省遵义市正安县留守老人饮食较不规律,饮食习惯较不合理,饮食结构单一,营养摄入不足。 Objective To study the dietary behaviors and diet pattern of the rural left-behind old people in Zheng′an county of Zunyi in Guizhou province,so as to provide guidance on healthy dietary for left-behind old people. Methods Totally358 cases of left-behind old people with the average age of 72.9 years old in five villages and towns of Zheng′an County of Zunyi were investigated on the dietary habit and dietary structure by questionnaire. Results Among the 358 respondent,89.2% male old people had the habbit of smoking,82.2% had the habit of alcohol and 94.1% had the habit of drinking tea;while the proportion of smoking and alcohol in female old people was low,but the proportion of drinking tea reached to 87.3%. 66.2% left-behind old people had irregular meal time. 65.6% people had light dietary,but 24.3% had salty and greasy dietary. The cooking style of 59.5%left-behind old people was quick-fry,and 24.9% was deep fry. 69.3% old people lived on rice and wheat flour with high intake of vegetable(46.1%),but the intake of milk was insufficient(5.7%). Conclusion This left-behind old people in Zheng′an county of Zunyi in Guizhou have irregular dietary,unreasonable habit dietary,single dietary structure and insufficient intake of nutrition.
