摘要
目的研究电位滴定法测定消毒剂中苯扎溴铵的含量,探讨电位滴定法的适用性。方法采用电位滴定法测定苯扎溴铵含量,同时与氧化还原滴定法作平行比较。结果用电位滴定法含量范围在0.83-8.50 g/L的苯扎溴铵,与氧化还原滴定法测定结果相比,结果变异系数分别为0.465%、0.392%,两方法间差异无显著统计学意义(P〉0.05);R^2=0.9999,线性关系明显。实测消毒剂产品,符合产品标示含量,加标回收率为97.06%-100.1%。结论采用电位滴定法测定化学消毒剂中苯扎溴铵的含量,具有终点容易判断、误差小、精密度和准确度高、重复性好的优点。
Objective To research the determination of Benzalkonium Bromide in disinfectants by potentiometric titration,and to explore the applicability of potentiometric titration. Methods The potentiometric titration was used to determine the content of Benzalkonium Bromide and the redox titration was used for parallel comparison. Results When Benzalkonium Bromide content was between 0. 83 g /L and 8. 50 g /L,the variation coefficients of potentiometric titration and redox titration were 0. 465% and 0. 392%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods( P〉0. 05),and they had significant linear relationship( R^2= 0. 9999). The measured results were consistent with the product labeling content,and the recovery was 97. 06% - 100. 01%. Conclusion Determination of Benzalkonium Bromide in disinfectants by potentiometric titration is beneficial for determining the end point easily. Also,it has small error,high precision and accuracy,and good repeatability.
