摘要
目的研究一种蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法通过载体定量杀菌实验,对一种蒸汽清洁机杀菌效果及其相关因素进行实验室研究,测试不同作用时间、不同载体、不同蒸汽温度的杀菌效果。结果开启该蒸汽杀菌清洁机,在温度为85℃-105℃范围内作用60 s,对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、化脓性链球菌等平均杀灭率均达到99.99%。在蒸汽杀菌清洁机的蒸汽喷嘴、清洁垫、地毯托等3个作用部位中,以蒸汽喷嘴处杀菌效果最好。该蒸汽杀菌清洁机随作用温度的升高,或随作用时间延长杀菌效果得到提高。结论该蒸汽杀菌清洁机的杀菌效果良好,作用温度和时间对其效果有一定影响。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of steam cleaning machine so as to provide the basis for practical application. Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effect of different disinfecting time,different carrier,and different steam temperature on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Listeria monocytogens,Salmonella typhimurium,Pyogenic streptococcus. Results The killing rates of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Listeria monocytogens,Salmonella typhimurium and Pyogenic streptococcusis on carriers exposed for 60 s at 85℃ to105℃ were more than 99. 99%. The disinfection efficiency of steam nozzle was better than that of cleaning pad and wedge tool cleaning pad. The disinfection efficiency increased with the step- up of the temperature and the elongation of the time.Conclusion The disinfection effect of the steam cleaning machine is good. The temperature and the time have certain influence on its bactericidal efficacy.
