推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣是党的十七届六中全会部署的一项重要而紧迫的战略任务,在十八大和十八届三中全会精神中又有了进一步阐释。高校应当成为社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的"助推器",在教书育人中传承和发展社会主义先进文化。多年来,北京中医药大学充分发挥学校专业特色优势,将文化建设融会于人才培养、科学研究、社会服务全过程,在继承的基础上创新中医药文化,担当起中医药文化传承与创新的大学使命。

To promote the development and prosperity of socialist culture is an important and urgent strategic task subordinated by the sixth plenary session of the seventeenth party central committee and illustrated further by the eighteenth central committee and the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee.
