摘要
放射治疗是临床治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。但由于肿瘤细胞遗传特性改变、处于细胞周期的不同时相以及肿瘤组织内乏氧,使得肿瘤组织内存在对放射治疗不敏感的细胞群,往往导致单纯放射治疗的失败。因此,改善恶性肿瘤放射治疗敏感性是肿瘤研究的热点。随着肿瘤相关基因的深入研究,对肿瘤放射敏感性的机制也有了更深的认识。本文将近年来与肿瘤放射敏感相关基因的研究进展综述如下。
Radiation therapy is one of the important means for the clinical treatment of malignant tumors.However,the changes of the genetic characteristics,different time phases in the cell cycle of tumor cells and lacking of oxygen inside of the tumor tissues,result in the presence of the tumor cells which are not sensitive to radiation,which often leads to the failure of radiation therapy alone.So,to improve the radiosensitization of malignant tumors is a hotspot in cancer research.Along with the indepth study of cancer related genes in recent years,we also had a deeper understanding of the cancer radiosensitization mechanisms.This paper mainly reviewed the research development of the correlative gene in cancer radiosensitization in recent years.
