摘要
发展广适性杂交水稻的关键在于不育系选育,但目前应用在生产实践上的广适性不育系还较少。本研究是以适应性较好的云丰66A为母本,云丰66B/D62B的F1代优良单株作父本进行杂交并回交育成的广适、优质水稻籼型不育系。结果表明,选育得到的不育系云谷3A株叶形态优良,分蘖强,开花习性好,不育性稳定,不育株率和花粉不育度均为100%,配合力强,异交结实率高,感光、感温性弱,抗病性强,于2013年通过云南省品种审定委员会现场鉴定。云谷3A有利于组配出优质、广适的杂交稻新组合,具有良好的应用前景。
Breeding sterile line is the key to development of hybrid rice with wide adaptability, but at present such widely adaptable sterile lines applied in production practice are few. Yungu 3A, a new WA-type CMS line with good grain quality in rice, is developed by crossing Yunfeng 66 A with wide adaptability to the selected F1 plants from the cross of Yunfeng 66B/D62 B, followed by successive selection and backcross. The finally obtained CMS Yungu 3A has good plant type and leaf shape, strong tillering trait, excellent flowering habit, stable and complete male sterility with 100% of sterile plants and pollen sterility, strong combining ability, high outcrossing rate, insensitive to light and temperature, strong disease resistance, and has been approved by the Variety Appraisal Committee of Yunnan Province in 2013. Yungu 3A is conducive to developing new hybrid rice combinations with good quality and wide adaptability, and shows a promising prospect of application.
