摘要
本文通过调查问卷的方式,以江苏省6000个专利权人为样本,对知识产权工作满意度的影响因素展开了实证分析。研究发现:专利权人对专利申请的满意度最高,其次为专利保护,而对专利转化的满意度最低;从不同专利权人来看,企业专利权人满意度最高,其次为个人专利权人,高校院所的满意度最低;针对不同区域的研究发现,苏南地区相较苏北地区满意度较低。并且,鼓励专利转化的政策、信息公共服务平台、专利法律服务机构的服务态度以及优秀专利的奖励对知识产权工作满意度有显著的影响。基于存在的问题,相应的提出了解决问题的对策建议。
By the way of questionnaire, With Sample of 6000 patentee of Jiangsu Province, make Empirical Research on the factors that affect the Intellectual property job satisfaction. The study found: the patentee have a high satisfaction on Patent applications, Followed by Patent Protection, Finally is Patent transformation. By different patentee,the enterprise have a high satisfaction, Followed by individual, Finally is Colleges. By different region, the north of Jiangsu Province have higher satisfaction than the south of Jiangsu Province. And then, the In- centives policy for Patent transformation, Information Public Service Platform, the Attitude of Patent legal services and outstanding patent award have significant effect on The Intellectual property job satisfaction. Based on these problems, Proposed the corresponding suggestions.
