内镜下高频电凝电切治疗胃肠道息肉的临床效果评价

Effect of endoscopic high- frequency electrocogulation therapy on treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps

目的探讨内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗胃肠道息肉的临床效果和安全性。方法分析本院46例行内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗的胃肠道息肉患者,观察其出血情况、并发症及复发率等。结果全部患者均顺利完成内镜下治疗,术后症状均得到有效缓解,未见大出血、肠穿孔等并发症。随访1年,未见原息肉部位发生息肉复发现象。结论内镜下高频电凝电切术治疗胃肠道息肉具有出血少、无明显并发症、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic high-frequency electrocogulation therapy in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal polyps.Methods Clinical materials of 46 gastrointestinal polyps patients treated with endoscopic high-frequency electrocogulation therapy were analyzed,and indexes such as condition of bleeding,complications and recurrence rate were observed as well.Results All the patients completed endoscopic therapy successfully,and their clinical symptoms were improved effectively.No complications such as bleeding and intestinal perforation were observed.After follow-up of 1 year,there was no recurrence of polyps in the original polyp site.Conclusion With the advantages of less bleeding,few complications and low recurrence rate of polyps,the endoscopic high-frequency electrocogulation therapy is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
