经皮球囊扩张治疗胫骨平台塌陷骨折初步探讨 被引量：6

摘要 胫骨平台骨折是一种临床常见的膝关节创伤，老年人常因合并骨质疏松症在膝关节外伤时发生胫骨平台塌陷骨折。若不能将其解剖复位，因为单位面积压力承受不均，后期可磨损关节面软骨，产生创伤性关节炎，影响患者的生活质量［1］。
