循证护理路径在外周静脉使用胺碘酮中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing pathway in usage of amiodarone in peripheral vein

目的评价循证护理路径表在外周静脉使用盐酸胺碘酮中的应用效果。方法选取住院期间使用盐酸胺碘酮的患者160例,采取信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,比较2组间静脉炎发生率、静脉炎发生程度评分、药物知晓率、护理满意度。结果试验组静脉炎发生率、静脉炎发生程度显著低于对照组;试验组患者对盐酸胺碘酮药物知识的知晓率、护理满意度显著高于对照组。结论制定循证护理路径表,可规范护士行为,使护理过程模式化、流程化、具体化,减少药物的不良反应,确保护理工作的准确性、严格性,提高护理满意度。

、Objective To evaluate the efficacy of evidence-based nursing pathway in usage of amiodarone in peripheral vein.Methods 160 patients used amiodarone were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The occurrence rate、degree of phlebitis、awareness rate about the drug and satisfaction of nursing were compared.Results In the experimental group、both the incidence rate and degree of phlebitis were significantly lower than that of the con-trol group.On the contrary、the patients、awareness and knowledge of the drug and their satisfac-tion on nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing pathway could regulate the behavior of nurses、and make nursing modeled、processed and specified to reduce the adverse effect、ensure accuracy of work and improve satisfaction of patients.
