隆乳术后凝胶性肉芽肿的针吸细胞学诊断价值探讨 被引量：1

摘要 聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶（hydropholicity polyacrylamide hydrogel,HPAMG）作为注射用软组织填充材料,曾在国内外广泛应用于整形美容外科,其大部分是用于注射式隆乳术.随着时间的推移,临床上发现了一些并发症,其中HPAMG渗漏引起的凝胶性肉芽肿临床较为少见.如何有效鉴别诊断凝胶性肉芽肿,除了影像学检查外,针吸细胞学检查具有较明确的诊断意义,本文回顾性总结5例凝胶性肉芽细胞学诊断的特点.
