摘要
大批量定制是当前企业发展的重要方向 .本文分析传统价值工程与面向MC的价值工程的区别 .认为 ,价值工程对于分析MC的效益和方法仍然非常有用 ,但要将价值工程中的“必要功能”的概念拓宽 ,使之包括用户的个性化的需求 。
Mass Customization is main tendency of enterprise development in today. In this paper the difference between the traditional Value Engineering and Value Engineering facing MC is analyzed. It is believed that the Value Engineering is useful for MC, but the conception of essential function in Value Engineering must be developed. The function should include personality requirements, such as the novelty appearance of products.
