摘要 近二十年来我国垂直电商行业大致经历了七个发展阶段。当前,垂直电商暴露出如下问题:一味求规模,不注重特色;技术、物流等环节滞后;"垂而不直",未将品类、服务做细。破解垂直电商的发展困境,必须以品质和服务为重,进行异质化创新,培育核心竞争力;积极向精细化运营转变;从行业入手,回归垂直电商本位。 The development of vertical E-commerce industry can be divided into seven stages in recent twenty years. Now there exist some problems such as ignoring the characteristics while blind pursuit of scale, technology and logistic lag behind, product items and related service are not detailed enough. The vertical E-business should put full emphasize on quality and service, focus on the heterogeneity of innovation to cultivate the core competitive- ness, transfer actively to refinement running, regress its own embodiment from the whole vertical E-commerce industry.
