基于地域文化的高校创业文化培育研究

Research on Cultivation of University Enterprising Culture from the Aspect of Regional Culture

高校创业文化具有独特性、融合性、塑造性和实践性特征,对于大学生创业意识、创业精神的培养以及高校内涵建设有着重要意义。基于地域文化的高校创业文化培育有利于培养高校创业文化自觉和创业文化自信,有利于构建特色鲜明、富有成效的高校创业文化,有利于形成整合性的高校创业文化,有利于发挥学校的辐射功能、推动地域的发展。地域文化视角下的高校创业文化培育路径为:第一,吸纳典型创业地域的创业文化;第二,建立政府、社会、学校相互联动的高校创业文化培育机制;第三,在融合地域文化的基础上培育高校创业精神。

University enterprising culture has the characteristics of uniqueness, integrativeness, formability and practicality and plays a significant role in cultivating students＇ enterprising awareness, spirit as well as connotation construction in colleges. The cultivation of university enterprising culture based on regional culture is beneficial to raise cultural consciousness and confidence, to build enterprising culture with distinctive characteristics and fruitful results, to integrate enterprising culture, to fulfill college＇s radiation function and to promote regional development. The path of enterprising culture in this perspective can be as following： absorbing the typical regional culture, founding the educational mechanism combined government, society and college, integrating regional culture into higher institution enterprising culture.
