摘要
从事高职院校学生管理工作的辅导员要认清形势,直面现实,创新工作思路;要以学生为本,真心诚意地为学生服务,把提高学生的综合素质作为工作的落脚点。
A counselor, who engaged in the student management work in higher vocational college, should understand the situation clearly, face the reality, initiate thoughts of work, take students into the first consideration, serve sincerely for students and take improving the comprehensive quality of students as the ultimate objective.
