服务地方经济视域下的新疆学前教育发展研究——以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例

文章着眼于新疆学前教育事业发展的现状和存在的问题指出:造就一支师德高尚,热爱儿童,业务精良,结构合理的幼儿园教师队伍,是学前教育事业发展的关键。通过广泛地开展科学研究,编写具有新疆地方特色的教材;对高职在校生开展汉语言和少数民族语言的学习;加强公民意识教育和社情区情民俗的教育;创新校企合作深度广度;利用高职院校师资优势积极开展学前教育师资职后培训等举措,造就优秀的高技能的学前教育师资力量,提升新疆高职院校学前教育专业在地方经济社会发展中的服务社会功能,以此提升新疆高职院校的社会竞争力,达到促进社会公平,提高就业率、对口率的目的。

The paper investigates the role that the graduates of pre-school education majors of vocational colleges in Xinjiang play in the local economic development and analyzes the service status of these graduates and their problems. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes that some measures should be taken to strengthen the cultivation on students when they are at college such as optimizing teaching staff, compiling better teaching materials which are suitable to the specialties, enhancing school-enterprise cooperation, and intensifying postgraduation training.
