Study on Solution Plan of Intelligent Resource Dispatching System Applied to Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face Based on Internet of Things

摘要 煤炭两化融合能够实现整体矿山信息化和自动化管理,提高煤炭企业生产效率以及加强安全监控水平。智慧矿山主动感知煤矿生产、安全、人员、设备等,通过对海量数据的智能处理和控制,实现安全预警、信息融合和智能信息处理功能。智慧矿山以物联网技术为基础,构建包括智慧矿山支撑平台、感知与控制层和管理决策与应用层的3层模型。在综采面上实现对移动目标的精确定位和感知,能够完成自动化的监测监控和智能化的资源调度。主要解决方案包括超宽带定位标签、定位锚点、位置感知和应用服务器等。 An informationization and industrialization integration of the coal enterprises could realize the entire mine informationization and automation management and could improve the production efficiency and enhance the mine safety monitoring and control level of the coal enterprises. With an intelligent processing and control of the massive data, an intelligent mine with initiative perceptions on the mine production, safety, personnel, equipment and others could realize the processing functions of the mine safety early warning, information integration and intelligent information. Based on the internet technology of the things, the intelligent mine would establish a three layer model, including the support platform of the intelligent mine, perception and control layer and management decision and application layer. Accurate positioning and perception of the mobile targets could be realized in the fully mechanized coal mining face and the automatic monitoring and control as well as the intelligent resources dispatching could be completed. The main solution plan would include the ultra wideband positioning label, positioning anchoring point, location perception, applied server and others.
