当前形势下对煤炭行业调整转型的再认识

Reunderstanding on Adjustment and Transformation of Coal Industry under Present Situation

鉴于我国宏观经济增速趋缓,煤炭生产及消费所面临的环境压力日益增大,对煤炭行业调整转型提出了迫切要求。提出了以集约化为重点调整产业结构、以效率优先提升煤炭行业生产力水平等调整转型的发展方向。进一步在方向框架下论述了调整转型的实施路径,着重提出依靠科技进步促进调整转型,充分发挥科技攻关的支撑作用。

In view of the macro economy growth rate in China is slow in tendency, an environment pressure faced to the coal production and consumption is increased daily and urgent requirements were provided to the adjustment and transformation of the coal industry. The paper provided that the intensification as a key would be applied to adjust the industrial structure, the efficiency as a priority would be applied to upgrade the productivity level of the coal industry and the adjustment and transformation type development direction. Further under the direction framework, the paper discussed the implementation route of the adjustment and transformation, stressed the adjustment and transformation promoted with the science and technology progress and fully played the support function of the science and technology research.
