Research on Progress and Application of Ni-base Corrosion Resistant Alloys

摘要 镍基耐腐蚀合金在材料腐蚀与防护工程应用中占有重要地位。基于防腐蚀问题,概述了纯镍的性质与耐蚀特性,分析了元素在镍基合金中的耐腐蚀作用以及镍基耐蚀合金的特点。在简要介绍国内外镍基耐蚀合金开发概况的基础上,结合应用实例,提出应大力发展、开发及应用此类高性能耐蚀材料。 Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys play an important role in corrosion and protection engineering. In connection with the corrosive reality,the properties and corrosion resistant characteristics of pure nickel are briefly out-lined, the effects of elements in nickel- based alloys on corrosion resistant and the characteristics of Nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys are analysized. Based on a brief introduction of development status from domestic and abroad market, with an application examples, it is pointed out that this kind of high performance corrosion resistance materials should be greatly developed and extensively used in engineering.
