摘要 Haynes282合金是美国2005年推出的一种能在750℃下使用的新型高温合金,可用来制作航空用发动机和陆地用气体涡轮发动机的热端部件。这里主要用比较法介绍Haynes282合金的化学成分、制备方法、力学性能、抗氧化能力和物理性能等。目的是为从事材料科学研究的相关人员提供基础资料。 Haynes 282 alloy was a wrought superalloy mainly containing Ni-Cr-Co-Mo developed by Haynes International. Inc. in 2005. The alloy could be used at high temperature near 750℃, especially, for aero and land-based gas turbine engines. In this paper, the chemical composition, alloy preparation, oxidation resistance, mechanical property and physical property of Haynes 282 alloy were introduced. The aims were to present foundational infor- mation data for further study.
