摘要
介绍11.00R22 16PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 130mm,断面宽288mm,行驶面宽度216mm,行驶面弧度高9mm,胎圈着合直径562mm,胎圈着合宽度216mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.073,采用4条花纹沟设计,花纹深度16mm,花纹饱和度71.9%,花纹周节数80。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块设计,胎体采用0.25+(6+12)×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用R380型三鼓一次法成型机成型、热板双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求,速度性能良好。
The design of 11.00R22 16PR truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken;overall diameter 1 130 mm,cross-sectional width 288 mm,width of running surface 216 mm,height of running surface 9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 562 ram,bead width at rim seat 216 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1. 073, 4-groove pattern design,pattern depth 16 mm,block/total ratio 71.9%,total number of pitches 80. In the construction design, the following processes were taken.two-formula and two-piece extrudedtread,0.25+(6+12) ×0. 225HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply,3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply;u sing R380 three drum single stage building machine to build tires and hot plate press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that the peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of national standard, and the speed performance was good.
