摘要
“用户呼声”是新产品开发的决定性驱动力 ,基于客户的价值分析在产品规划、产品营销中具有重要意义 .本文将成组技术的理论应用于客户价值分析中 ,应用模糊聚类分析方法 ,将具有相似价值取向的客户进行聚类分析 。
Value analysis based on customers has a great significance in the product planning and sale strategy making. In this paper, GT (Group Technology) theory is applied to the process of the customer value analysis. The method of fuzzy cluster analysis is used to cluster the customers who have the similar characters and value inclinations. By using GT, the validity and the practicality of customer value analysis has been remarkably improved.
