PVC-U塑料异型材生产疑难问题浅析

由于受PVC自身加工性能要求较为苛刻,所以在生产PVC塑料制品中需要加入大量助剂;由于受外围环境变化,上下游原料生产厂家对原料加工进行不断技术改进,原料性能也发生一些变化,时常给PVC塑料型材加工带来一定影响;另外,受区域环境影响,也给PVC塑料型材生产和质量控制带来一定影响。本文着重结合内部生产工艺控制,对处理挤出观察孔积料、型材表面出现料脏和混合料粘附喂料螺杆问题进行简析。

due to PVC its processing performance requirements are more demanding, and requlres large amount of additives in the production of PVC plastic products; due to external environment change, the upstream and downstream manufacturers of raw materials are constantly on the processing of raw materials, raw material properties change, bring certain influence PVC plastic profile processing often give; in addition, by region environmental impact, also brought certain influence to PVC plastic profile production and quality control. This paper focuses on the control of the production process, the extrusion hole buildup, profile surface material dirty and mixture adhesion problem of feed screw.
