摘要
选用Ag52Cu20Mn20Sn6Ni2钎料对TA2钛与Q345R钢进行了TIG熔一钎焊研究，获得了具有良好宏观熔合的焊接接头。观察分析了焊接接头的微观组织，并对接头部位进行了维氏硬度检测。研究表明，钎料Ag52Cu20Mn20Sn6Ni2可用于TA2钛与Q345R钢TIG熔一钎焊，并可获得组织致密、硬度适中的的焊缝。
The TIG--Brazing on TA2 and Q345R was made using Ag52Cu20Mn20Sn6Ni2 brazing, and got a good weld joint. The microstructure and Vickers--hardness of the welded joint were analyzed. The experiment result show that Ag52Cu20Mn20Sn6Ni2 can be used for TIG--Brazing on TA2 and Q345R, the weld joint are fine and the hardness are moderate.
