摘要
本文通过对传动轴的结构分析和材料选择,以及工艺计算,确定了成形工艺。在此基础上,设计了成形模具并进行试验。结果表明,采用该工艺制备传动轴,提高了生产效率和材料利用率。
According to the structure analysis, selection of material and process calculation of the transmission shaft, the forming process had been determined. On the basis of these, the forming mould was designed, also the product experimenta- tion has been done. The result show that the production efficiency and material utilizationg of the transmission shaft are im- proved, because of the forming process.
