摘要 针对工业用非重复充装焊接钢瓶行业部分设计人员对国内相关规程和标准理解有偏颇这一问题,从设计文件鉴定的角度为设计人员理清思路,结合我国现行标准,对设计文件组成、瓶体材料选择、介质选择、封头及外形尺寸计算、开孔补强计算、壁厚计算、瓶阀及安全附件选择等七个问题进行重点解析。 It is an acknowledged fact that a few designers in the field have misinterpreted the regulations and standards concerning the design of non--refillable steel--welded cylinders for industrial use in China. The purpose of this study is to clarify basic concepts for the designers by examining solution design~ Based on the existing standards in China, the study specifically analyses the following issues: the composition of the design solution; selection of shell materials and the medium; calculation of the head and dimensions, the opening reinforcement and the wall thickness; the selection of cylinder valve and pressure relief device .
