形状记忆合金热机驱动性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 形状记忆合金(SMA)热机主要包括3部分:热循环系统、曲柄滑块机构和主轴。基于Brinson一维本构模型得到SMA弹簧理论模型,并结合弹簧受力变形分析设计了SMA弹簧和偏置弹簧。通过MATLAB仿真得到SMA弹簧温度—位移、温度—驱动力变化曲线,最终通过实验验证驱动器的驱动特性。
