油水复合冷却立环高梯度磁选机及其在选锰中的应用

Oil-water Composite Cooling Vertical Ring High Gradient Magnetic Separator and Its Applications in Manganese Ore Processing

摘要 第四代LHGC-F型油水复合冷却立环高梯度磁选机的线圈用油冷却,油又用水冷却,线圈达到良好的降温效果,同时,线圈两端加装铁铠,防止漏磁,提高磁能利用率,背景场强达到1.3 T,加上其他诸多优点,现已在金属矿和非金属矿选矿成功应用,重点介绍其在选锰中的应用和良好技术指标。 LHGC-F oil-water composite cooling vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is cooled by transform oil while the oil is cooled by water, so that the coil can enjoy a good cooling effect. Meantime, the two ends of the coil are armored to avoid magnetic leakage and improve the utilization ratio of magnetic energy, making the background field of the magnetic separator reach to 1.3T. Now, the magnetic separator, with other advantages, has been successfully applied in the separations of nonmetallic minerals and metal minerals effectively. This paper introduces its applications in manganese ore processing and excellent technical indexes.
