摘要
从理论上对界面管理进行分析,针对EPC工程总承包的多阶段、多专业深度交叉以及参与单位较多等特点,重点研究EPC总承包项目界面管理的方法,并详细介绍了某大型有色金属冶炼EPC总承包项目控制和管理项目界面的实践和经验。
An analysis was carried out on the interface management theory. In view of the features of EPC general contract project such as multi-stage, multi-disciplinary deep cross and multi-participant, the investigation focused on the interface management method for EPC general contract project. An introduction was made to the practice and experience of interface control and management of a large-scale EPC general contract project of non-ferrous metal smelting.
