综合性护理干预对ATD治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with hyperthyroidism syndrome treated with ATD

目的:探讨综合性护理干预对抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)治疗效果和患者生活质量的影响。方法:将行ATD治疗的甲亢患者104例随机分为实验组55例和对照组49例,对照组给予常规健康宣教指导,实验组在健康宣教指导的基础上给予综合性护理干预,1年后比较两组患者疾病治愈率和生活质量。结果:实验组治愈率为72.73%,明显高于对照组65.31%(P<0.05);实验组生存质量的形神统一领域、七情领域、人与社会领域评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合性护理干预可以促进ATD治疗甲亢患者疾病的恢复,改善患者的身心状况,从而提高患者生存质量。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the curative effects and the quality of life of the patients in the treatment of hyperthyroidism syndrome by using anti thyroid drugs （ ATD ）. Methods ： 104 patients who received ATD treatment for hyperthyroidism syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group （ n = 55） and the control group （ n = 49 ）. The pa- tients in the control group were given routine health education and guidance and comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally given to the patients in the experiment group based on the routine measures. The curative rate and life quality of the patients were compared between the two groups after one year. Results： The curative rate was 72.73% in the experimental group and significantly higher than 65. 31% in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;the scores of quality of life of the patients were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention can facilitate the recovery of the patients and improve their physical and mental conditions so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
