40例晚期食管癌支架置入术后并发症分析

Analysis of 40 Cases of Postoperative Complications after Stenting in Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的分析晚期食管癌支架置入治疗的术后并发症发生情况,探讨防范措施。方法对我院40例晚期食管癌行支架置入治疗的患者进行临床、影像学检查和电话随访,分析患者术后并发症。结果 40例患者支架一次性置入成功39例,一次性置入成功率97.5%,随访4~24个月,术后发生心率减慢1例,胸骨后疼痛不适35例,出血1例,支架移位2例,返流性食管炎2例,穿孔1例。结论食管支架置入术是治疗晚期食管癌安全可靠的方法,但术后可能产生各种不同的并发症,需要术后严密监测,积极采取有效的处理方法,减少并发症的发生或最大程度地降低并发症对患者的不利影响。

Objective To analyze the postoperative complications after stenting in patients with advanced esophageal cancer and preventive measures. Methods 40 cases of advanced esophageal cancer undergoing stenting were chosen and given clinical,radiographic examination and telephone interview,which aims to analyze the postoperative complications of these patients. Results 39 cases of the chosen 40 patients＇ stent implantation were successful,thus the success rate of one-time placement was 97. 5%. According to the followed survey within 4 to 24 months,one case had postoperative slow heart rate,35 cases suffered from chest pain and discomfort,one case with bleeding,two cases resulting in stent migration,two cases with reflux esophagitis,and one case with perforation.Conclusion Esophageal stenting is a safe and reliable method of advanced esophageal cancer treatment. But the surgery may produce a variety of complications,so close postoperative monitoring is needed,and proactive effective treatment methods should be adopted to reduce or minimize the occurrence of complications and alleviate the adverse effects of complications of the patients.
