哮喘控制测试量表与生存质量量表在支气管哮喘评估中的作用

The Role of ACT and AQLQ in Bronchial Asthma Assessment

目的探讨哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)与生存质量量表(AQLQ)在支气管哮喘患者病情评估中的作用。方法对确诊为支气管哮喘的151例患者进行哮喘控制水平评估。将151例患者随机分为3组:未控制组(A组),部分控制组(B组),完全控制组(C组),同时填写ACT和AQLQ量表,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 A组的ACT及AQLQ得分均低于B组,B组均低于C组,且ACT与AQLQ得分评价设计高度一致,基本相符,且组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ACT及AQLQ可作为评价支气管哮喘控制水平及监测的工具,简单明了,方便易行。

Objective To explore the role of asthma control scale（ACT） and quality of life questionnaire（AQLQ） in patients with bronchial asthma condition assessment. Methods 151 patients diagnosed with asthma were randomly divided into 3 groups： uncontrolled group（group A）,partly controlled group（group B）,and completely controlled group（group C）. And then,we filled the ACT and AQLQ scale for all these three groups and conducted statistical analysis of the data. Results ACT and AQLQ scores for group A were lower than group B,while the scores of group B were lower than that of group C. At the same time,AQLQ and ACT were highly consistent,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion AQLQ and ACT should be considered as the monitoring tools of evaluating bronchus asthma control level for they are simple,convenient and feasible.
