3.0T MRA对椎动脉颅内段发育差异性的观察

An Observation of the Developmental Differences in Intracranial Segment of Vertebral Artery on the 3.0T MRA

目的研究3.0T MRA双侧椎动脉发育的差异性。方法回顾性分析238例椎动脉MRA检查患者的轴位图像,观察计算双侧椎动脉发育变异情况。结果 238例中双侧椎动脉均势型120例,存在发育差异118例,占49.6%,其中左侧椎动脉细小48例(20.2%),右侧椎动脉细小70例(29.4%)。结论 MRA能够较好的显示与评价椎动脉发育差异性,提示后循环缺血的病因。

Objective To explore the differential development of bilateral vertebral artery by 3. 0 T magnetic resonance angiography（MRA）. Method The axial images of 238 cases of patients with vertebral artery MRA examination were retrospectively analyzed,and the developmental changes on bilateral vertebral artery were observed and calculated. Results Among all 238 cases,120 cases were with balanced bilateral vertebral artery,118 cases were with developmental differences,accounting for 49. 6%,of which 48 cases were with tiny vertebral artery on the left side（20. 2%）,and 70 cases were with tiny vertebral artery on the right side（29. 4%）.Conclusion MRA can better display and evaluate the developmental differences of vertebral artery,and identify the cause of posterior circulation ischemia.
