摘要
目的研究实施护理关怀行为对儿科实习护生护理工作质量和实习效果的影响,为更好地提高儿科护生实习质量提供科学依据。方法将进入儿科实习的护生按随机分组分入实验组及对照组。对实验组进行人文关怀培训,对照组按照各科室平时的实习要求进行实习工作。分别对两组实习护生的护理对象进行"关怀行为评价量表"问卷调查及其对实习护生的关怀行为满意度及儿科护理操作允许度调查。结果护理对象对实习护生关怀行为满意度及儿科护理操作允许度两组间的差异有统计学意义。结论实习护生通过学习人文关怀理论,运用护理关怀行为,将人文关怀理念融入护理工作中,有利于提高实习护生的护理工作质量和实习效果。
objective To evaluate the effect of nursing care behaviors of pediatric intern nurses on the nursing quality and practice effect,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the nursing work of pediatric practice nurses. Methods The practice nurses in department of pediatrics were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Humanistic care training was carried out in the experimental group. Interning tasks in the control group were assigned according to the common practice. A questionnaire survey was conducted among patients in the two groups by a caring behavior evaluation scale to find out their satisfaction degree and their allowable nursing behaviors. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in satisfaction degree and the allowable pediatric nursing behaviors. Conclusion Pediatric practice nurses should incorporate humanism in nursing through learning and using humanistic concepts,which is beneficial for them to improve nursing quality and their internship.
