开书型骨盆骨折外固定架术后的护理体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨外固定架治疗开书型骨盆骨折术后临床护理采用的护理措施。方法根据我科2010年9月至2013年1月期间,47例开书型骨盆骨折患者采用外固定架治疗临床资料的特点进行分析,探讨适于该类患者的护理对策。结果术后随访10个月~1.5年,平均8.5个月骨折全部骨性愈合,骨愈合平均时间为3.5个月,有2例出现针孔感染及护理并发症。结论合适、个体化的护理,可有效减少外固定架治疗开书型骨盆骨折患者术后的护理并发症并促进的骨折愈合。 Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of the open book pelvic fractures treated by external fixator. Methods A retrospective analysis of 47 cases of open book＇ pelvic fractures of patients＇ clinical information and comprehensive nursing intervention which were treated with external fixator during September 2010 to January 2013 in our department. Results Following up of10 months to 1. 5 years after operation,all fractures healed in the 8. 5 months on average,the average time of bone healing was 3. 5months,a pinhole infection and nursing care of complications occurred in 2 patients. Conclusion The appropriate and individualized nursing can effectively reduce the external fixator in the treatment of open book pelvic fractures in patients with postoperative complications and promote fracture.
