吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗混合痔455例心理护理

Psychological care in the treatment of 455 patients with mixed hemorrhoids by PPH

目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)及心理护理治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:将910例行PPH治疗的混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组各455例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理,比较两组患者总体疗效、创面愈合时间等临床指标。结果:术后随访6个月至3年,观察组治愈率、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对混合痔患者行PPH治疗,并做好心理护理,可促进切口愈合,提高治疗效果。

Objective ：To investigate the curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） and psychological care in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods ：910 patients who received PPH were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （455 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the extra strengthened psychologi- cal care was provided for the patients in the observation group, the overall curative effect and healing time of wound of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results ： Following up for 6 months to 3 years after operation, the cure rate and the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than the Control group and the healing time of wound was shorter in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The good psychological care can promote wound healing and improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
