《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》明确了现代职业教育加快发展必须遵循的指导思想、基本原则,提供了可行举措,指明了加快发展现代职业教育的方向。要加快发展现代职业教育,须做到:正视存在问题,把握总体要求;围绕发展"目标",完成四大任务;纵向贯通、横向渗透,构建现代职教体系;六大举措齐头并进,整体激发办学活力;深化改革创新,提高培养质量;提升保障水平,强化组织领导。
＂Decision of the State Council on. Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education＂ defines the guiding ideolegy, basic principles and provides feasible measures to accelerate the development of modern vocational education： facing the problems and grasping the overall requirements; completing four tasks concerning the development goals; constructing the modern vocational education system; stimulating the overall vitality of the school with six major initiatives; deepening the reform and innovation to improve the training quality; improving the protection level and strengthening the organizational leadership.
