职业学校个性化教育实施策略初探

A Preliminary Study on the Implementation Strategy of Vocational Personalized Education

个性化教育就是培养学生个性发展的教育。与普通高中相比,职业学校实施个性化教育的有利条件更多、可操作性更大、预期效果也会更好。进行个性化教育,职业学校应帮助学生选择富有个性化的专业方向、制订个性化的教育班级人才培养方案、确立个性化教育的学生学习方案、提供个性化的教育教学内容、采用个性化的教育教学方法、运用个性化教育的评价方式。

Personalized education is one cultivates the students＂ individual development. Compared with the high schools, vocational schools have more advantages to undertake personalized education. However, the resignation, blindness and following-trend during the selection of the vocational school and profession, the obsolete teaching contents, methods and evaluation during the educational process, the teachers＂ insufficient ideology, methods, research and features about quality attainment don＇t leave the students much choice and the students＂ individual needs, expectations and potential cannot be fully developed. Vocational schools should undertake personalized education from the aspects of profession selection, individual learning plans and teaching contents.
