B7-H4在膀胱癌组织中的表达与病理的相关性

摘要 目的探讨B7-H4在膀胱癌组织中的表达与病理的相关性。方法选取在我院进行术切除并经病理证实的膀胱移标本50例作为观察组,另外取50例正常膀胱组织作为正常对照组,两组都进行B7-H4的免疫组化表达分析。结果 B7-H4在观察组中的阳性率为60.0%,而对照组的阳性率为0.0%,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。并且B7-H4的表达率随病理临床分期升高而升高(P<0.05)。结论 B7-H4在膀胱癌组织中呈现高表达,并且与病理状况呈现明显正向相关性,可以作为反映膀胱癌病情的较好指标之一。
