医院恶性肿瘤病例信息化管理

Hospital information management of malignant tumor cases

目的探究医院恶性肿瘤病例信息化管理。方法选取20所同等规模的、同等水平的医院作为研究对象,将20所医院随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各10所医院,观察组恶性肿瘤病例进行信息化管理,对照组恶性肿瘤病例采用手工登记和索引卡片来检索病例资料,比较两种方法。结果观察组工作效率的良好率(90.00%)明显好于对照组工作效率的良好率(30.00%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对观察组服务的满意率(80.00%)明显好于患者对对照组服务的满意率(50.00%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院恶性肿瘤病例进行信息化管理能够较好的提供肿瘤病人的病程资料和治疗效果,同时,信息化管理也提高了医院的工作效率,确保了数据的准确性,提高了病人对医院服务的满意率,值得在临床中应用并推广。

Objective To explore the malignant tumor cases in hospital information management. Method The same level selects 20 equal scale, hospital as the research object,the 20 hospitals were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of the 10 hospitals,the observation group treated malignant tumors of information management,the control group cases of malignant tumors by manual registration and index cards to retrieve cases,two methods. Results The rate of good efficiency of the observation group（90%）was significantly better than the control group the rate of good work efficiency（30%）,the two groups was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）;patients in observation group service satisfaction rate（80%）was better in patients of control group service satisfaction rate（50%）,two groups compared with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Malignant tumor cases of hospital information management can provide the course data and treatment,cancer patients at the same time,the information management is to improve the efficiency of the hospital,to ensure data accuracy, improve the service of the patients satisfaction rate,worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
