摘要
目的是研究车前子抗小鼠急性痛风性关节炎的作用。方法是以尿酸钠诱导建立小鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型,观察车前子的抗关节肿胀作用。结果显示小鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型组、治疗组、车前子组关节肿胀度分别为0.353 7±0.100 6 mL、0.123 8±0.059 8 mL、0.168 8±0.084 3 mL。车前子改善小鼠关节炎症反应,车前子对小鼠体重无显著影响。结论为车前子对尿酸钠诱导的小鼠急性痛风性关节肿胀作用效果明显,副作用较小。
To study the effects of plantago on mouse acute gouty arthritis. Methods: The mouse acute gouty arthritis model induced by sodium uric acid was observed and anti joint swelling effect was observed in plantago. Results: The joint swelling degrees of acute gouty arthritis mouse the modeling were 0. 3537 ±0. 1006 mL, 0. 1238 ±0. 0598 mL, 0. 1688 ±0. 0843 mL for model group, treatment group and plantago group. Plantago reactive arthritis in mouse can improve the role. Plantago had no significant effect on body weight of mouse. Conclusion: The effect of plantago on mouse acute gout joint swelling induced by sodium urate was significant, and plantago had no side effects in mouse.
