摘要
目的观察非洛地平对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)的患者的临床疗效。方法 68例Ⅲ级充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予常规治疗药物;治疗组在对照组基础上加用非洛地平,分析两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率91.43%显著高于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后相关指标均有改善。结论使用非洛地平治疗CCHF效果良好,值得予以推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of felodipine in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure （CCHF）. Methods A total of 68 cases of GradeⅢCCHF were ramdomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated by conventional drug, while the treatment group received felodipine in addition. The curative effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%, which was obviously higher than 66.67%of the control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Indicators were all improved in the treatment group. Conclusion Felodipine in treatment of CCHF has good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
