自制可吸收网套在保脾术中的临床应用

摘要 目的自制可吸收网套在保脾术中的应用。方法 40例脾切术数患者分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(15例),治疗组行自制可吸收网套脾包裹术,对照组行常规脾切除术。术后定期复查血液学,免疫指标及影像情况。结果治疗组保脾成功,复查血液学、免疫学及影像学均无异常。治疗组出现并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制可吸收网套在保脾术中是安全、简便、有效的。 Objective To analyze the application of self-made absorbable mesh in spleen-conserving operation. Methods A total of 40 cases in need of splenectomy were divided into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (15 cases). The treatment group received spleen-wrapping operation with self-made absorbable mesh, and the control group received conventional splenectomy. The situation of hematology, immune factors, and imaging were regularly reexamined after operation. Results The treatment group had successful spleen-conserving, and reexaminations of hematology, immune factors, and imaging were normal. The complications occurred in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Self-made absorbable mesh is a safe, simple, effective way in spleen-conserving operation.
