Research on the Editions of Zhi Dun's Works

宋时业已散亡的《支遁集》,至明代复被辑佚。明人辑本以钞本或刊本形式流布,并形成两个系统:一为二卷本《支遁集》,以都穆藏明钞本为早,稍后有杨仪七桧山房嘉靖乙未钞本,杨钞本为其后明代诸钞本和清代诸刻本的祖本;二为一卷本《支道林集》,以嘉靖十九年皇甫涍辑刊本为早,明末吴家騆将皇甫涍辑《支道林集》与史玄辑《支道林外集》合刻。

Zhi Dun' s collected works had been scattered and lost since the Song Dynasty.Some works of Zhi Dun had been collated and compiled in the Ming Dynasty and began to circulate through hand-copied books and printed books.These books could be distinguished two systems,one was two-volume Collection of Zhi Dun,the other was one—volume Collection of Zhi Daolin.The edition collected by Du Mu was the first in the two-volume editions.The handcopied book by Yang Yi after Du Mu' s edition was the origin book of the subsequent hand-copied books in the Ming Dynasty and the printed books in the Qing Dynasty.The editions collated and compiled and printed by Huangpu Xiao in 1540 was the first in the one-volume editions.Wu Jiazhou printed The Works of Zhi Daolin edited by Huangpu Xiao together with The Extra Works of Zhi Daolin's Works edited by Shi Xuan in the late Ming Dynasty.
