摘要
填报高考专业志愿的过程是青年人对未来职业生涯发展规划做出非常重要的职业决策的过程。本研究建构了影响专业志愿满意度的专业决策蛛网统计分析模型,找出专业选择影响职业决策趋于稳定的条件。研究结果显示,专业志愿的选择因素通过专业学习满意度的中介作用对大学生职业决策的稳定性产生显著影响。通过降低志愿填报者对专业志愿需求的敏感程度和优化专业教育资源意识两种干预策略,可以达成借助专业选择满意度的中介作用提升大学生职业决策稳定性的职业生涯辅导目标。
Abstract: The process of senior high school graduates selecting majors which they will learn in a university, is the very important career decision-making process made by the youngers for their future career planning. This paper configured a cobweb statistical analysis model, which was about making majors selection, to probe in the stability conditions of career decision-making influenced by satisfaction of majors choice. The result showed that some influencing factors of majors selection have significant impact on career decision-making stability through the intermediary role of majors learning satisfaction. There were two intervention strategies used to reach the career counseling goal of promoting the stability of career decision-making, with the intermediary role of majors choice satisfaction. One strategy was to reduce demand sensitivity on major willingness, another to optimize the awareness of education resource for majors learning.
