问题教学是民警培训的教学训练方法之一。它以现实公安工作和队伍建设中的问题为主导,在分析和解决现实问题的过程中,培养和提高民警的职业意识和职业能力。大力提倡问题教学,是针对民警培训特点,遵循职业教育规律,主动适应社会发展,推动公安院校教育转型的需要。实践证明,问题教学对调动民警参训主动性与积极性,提高培训质量,取得培训实效具有积极作用。

The problem teaching is one of teaching and training methods of police training. It works in reality and problems as the lead in the construction of public security team, and in these process, analyzing and solving practical problems to cultivate and improve the police occupation consciousness and occupation ability. Vigorously advocating teaching problem, is according to the characteristics of police training, follow the rules of occupation education, to meet the need of the social development, the need to promote the public security educational transformation.
