高校教师服务型领导特征、课堂气氛与学生满意度的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章以广州大学城本科生为研究对象,对高校教师服务型领导特征、课堂气氛与学生满意度的关系进行了探讨。研究结果表明,高校教师服务型领导特征对课堂气氛和学生满意度有显著正向影响,课堂气氛对学生满意度有显著的正向影响,课堂气氛在高校教师服务型领导特征与学生满意度之间起中介作用。 In this article,with the undergraduates in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center as the subject,the relationship between the characteristics of the service- oriented teacher leaders,classroom atmosphere and students’ satisfaction is explored. The results show that those leaders’ characteristics have significantly positive effect on both the classroom atmosphere and students’ satisfaction,so does the classroom atmosphere to students’ satisfaction. Further,the classroom atmosphere mediates the relation between the other two aspects.
