太原市公共自行车租赁系统是太原市政府一项惠民举措。目前,公共自行车租赁存在自行车人为损坏现象严重、各站点间调度存在时空上的差异、公共自行车项目盈利模式单一及公共自行车租赁存在一定的法律空白等问题。为使公共自行车更符合大众群体的需求,市民需要树立良好的公德意识;公交公司要创新运营管理模式,增加自行车经营收入;政府需要增加基础设施建设,并健全有关法规。
