摘要
矿产资源勘查综合评价,目的在于从投入产出的角度对资源勘查工作的效益进行综合评价,为以后矿产资源合理规划、可持续开发利用以及合理高效监管提供决策依据。运用FAHP法,选取勘查程度、勘查单位储量投入资金、丰度指数、新增查明资源储量等动态、可比性的指标构建综合评价指标体系,建立FAHP模型,采用加权综合法将研究区划分为优、良、中、差4个等级,并对每个等级的矿区勘查效益予以综合评价,提出勘查决策。以攀西26个重点勘查区为实例分析,就研究区6种优势矿种开展研究,综合评价结果显示,雷波、金阳、宁南地区的综合评价指标值较低,符合实际勘查情况,今后应对这些地区勘查加大投入和加强管理,提高勘查成效,争取有新的突破。
Comprehensive evaluation of mineral resources exploration aims to evaluate the effectiveness of exploration results from the perspective of input-output,which provides the basis of decision-making for the future rational planning,sustainable development,utilization of mineral resources,and the rational and efficient supervision.This paper establishes an FAHP model using the method of FAHP and selecting such indexes as exploration degree,investment in exploration unit,abundance index, reserves of identified resources index and other dynamic and comparable indicators,and divides the study area into 4 degrees-excellent,good,medium,poor- with weighing comprehensive method,presenting the exploration decision.With 26 key exploration areas in the Panxi Region as examples,the paper studies 6 kinds of dominant minerals in this region.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation indexes of Leibo,Jinyang,and Ningnan counties are relatively lower,which is in agreement with the actual situation.Therefore,it is necessary to increase investment in the future exploration of these areas and improve management,so as to increase the exploration effectiveness and achieve new breakthrough.
