椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症疗效观察

Efficacy observation of pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of 80 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis

目的探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法将80例椎滑脱症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采取椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术,对照组采取椎弓根螺钉内固定及侧后方植骨融合术。比较2组手术时间、出血情况、临床疗效、植骨融合率及临床疗效。结果研究组患者手术时间及手术过程中出血量均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组植骨融合率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术是一种安全、可靠的手术方式,虽然其手术时间长,创伤较大,但是其临床疗效及植骨融合率均高于侧后方植骨融合术,是治疗腰椎滑脱症的较好的手术方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 80 vertebral spondylolisthesis patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group,the study group was taken pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion and control group was taken pedicle screw fixation and the rear side of the bone graft fusion group. Operation time,bleeding,and clinical efficacy,fusion rate and clinical efficacy were compared. Results Surgical operation time, bleeding in two groups were longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Interbody fusion rate in the study group were higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion is safe and reliable surgical approach. Although the time of surgery and trauma appeared,its clinical efficacy was higher than the bone graft and fusion fusion,so it is a better surgical treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
